The scope of this project was to thoroughly inspect all swimming pools and systems within the facility and provide recommendation for required upgrades.

Tropical Pools undertook the design and construction of all works, providing the client with a staged redevelopment plan adhering to a tight remedial works budget.

To date Tropical Pools have completed the following works:

• Completely strip the 25m swimming pool back to the concrete shell and apply a new epoxy painted finish.
• Repairs to spa including removal of leaking pipework and installation of new pipe lines back to the pool plant room.
• Upgrades to Pool Plant room including new sanitation systems, heating systems, water make up, valve replacements.

Tropical Pools have completed all works to schedule and budget.
